Initial Integrative Health Session (60 Minute)

Integrative Wellness Intensive (90 Minutes)

  • A longer, comprehensive session designed for those who want a deeper reset and a clear roadmap. We explore lifestyle patterns, nutrition, nervous system health, and movement practices to build a personalized pan for long-term vitality.

Ongoing Support

Follow- Up Integrative Session (45 minutes)

  • Ongoing support to refine your wellness plan, track progress and build sustainable habits. Perfect for continued accountability and deeper work.

3-Month Integrative Wellness Coaching

  • A guided container for those who want consistent guidance and deeper lifestyle transformation. Together we work over several months to implement sustainable changes in nutrition, stress levels, movement practices, and daily habits.

  • Includes:

Movement

Private Yoga Session (60 Minutes)

Integrate + Move Session (75 Minutes)

  • A combined session that blends lifestyle coaching and movement. We address lifestyle and health goals, then integrate breath and yoga practices to support nervous system balance.
