About Rachael

Integrative Wellness Guide | Registered Yoga Teacher | Founder of Alchemy Within

My path into integrative wellness began through my own search for answers. After feeling frustrated by approaches that only addressed the surface rather than the root, I became deeply drawn to a more holistic way of living — one rooted in nourishment, movement, mindfulness, and a deeper connection to the body.

I created Alchemy Within to support others in returning to balance through wellness practices that feel grounded, intentional, and sustainable.

My Journey

For years, I struggled with different health challenges that never seemed to have clear solutions. From anxiety and acne to digestive issues, chronic stress, and random symptoms that didn’t seem to make sense, I found myself moving from one appointment to another, often leaving with temporary fixes instead of real answers.

What I started to realize was that much of the modern health system focuses on managing disease rather than preventing it. Many approaches address symptoms without looking at the bigger picture of how our lifestyle, environment, stress levels, nourishment, and daily habits all interact with the body.

That realization led me down a deeper path of learning.

I became fascinated with the human body and the incredible amount of information available about wellness, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle medicine. At the same time, I noticed how much misinformation and conflicting advice exists in the wellness space, making it overwhelming for people who simply want to feel better.

I began studying integrative wellness so I could better understand how the body works — and how small, intentional changes in daily life can support long-term well-being.

What started as a personal journey eventually became a calling.

Today, through Alchemy Within, my goal is to help others feel more empowered in navigating their health, reconnect with their bodies, and create sustainable practices that support both physical and mental health.

What I do

Through Alchemy Within, I support individuals who want to take a more intentional approach to their well-being.

My work blends integrative wellness education, mindful movement, and lifestyle practices that support the nervous system and long-term health.

Rather than focusing on quick fixes or rigid routines, my approach centers around helping people build sustainable habits that support balance, energy, and overall well-being.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals who want to take a more intentional approach to their well-being and feel more connected to their bodies.

Many of the people I support have spent years trying different approaches to health and wellness, often feeling overwhelmed by conflicting information or temporary solutions that never addressed the root of what they were experiencing.

They are ready to slow down, tune in, and develop practices that support long-term balance rather than quick fixes.

People often come to this work because they want to:

  • Feel more connected to their body

  • Better understand their health and daily habits

  • Reduce stress and support their nervous system

  • Develop sustainable wellness routines

  • Move away from extremes and toward balance

My Values

  • Wellness should feel real and honest. I believe in sharing information and practices that are practical, grounded, and supportive rather than unrealistic or performative.

  • Everyone’s journey with health is different. I strive to meet people where they are, offering guidance that feels supportive rather than judgmental.

  • Healing and growth happen best in environments where people feel safe, respected, and understood.

  • Knowledge is powerful. My goal is not just to guide people through wellness practices, but to help them understand their bodies so they feel confident making decisions about their health.

  • Wellness should enhance your life, not control it. Sustainable well-being comes from balance, not extremes.

Wellness isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about learning to support the body you already live in.
